Reporting to the Principal, this role is responsible for the day to day running of the office and providing pivotal support to all areas of our business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a diverse workload
- Receipting/Invoicing
- Processing listing agreements / property files / marketing / settlements
- Preparation of draft contracts and all necessary sales documents
- Setting appointments and managing a sales calendar
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet
- Liaising with all conveyancers, buyers and sellers
- Designing and drafting PDF marketing documents from Canva, photoshop, social media, etc.
- Assisting sales, property management and admin staff where necessary
- Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the office
We can offer:
- Remuneration package in excess of $85,000+ per year (including super)
