Office Manager - Rapid Progression

Griffith Almet Engineering is a family owned business with diverse business interests from vehicle parts manufacturing, engine building and tuning, engineering certifications to powder-coating and sandblasting. We are seeking our next highly motivated Office Manager. 

Qualifications and experience 

• Experience using MYOB, word, excel and outlook is desirable. Ability to work unsupervised is a must. 

Tasks and responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable and receivable 
• Bank reconciliations
• Customer service and answering phones 
• Wages and staff welfare
• Personal assistant duties as required
