Office Manager - Rewarding Work

We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our team based at our Nambeelup Farm. The ideal candidate will be analytical, accurate and have strong attention to detail.  

Reporting to the Farm Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting the administrative, financial, and operational functions of the site, along with contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our Farm.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Administration Officer and Farm Support Administrator
• Liaise with suppliers and manage stationery, office , kitchen and sundry production purchases.
• Monitor and balance pig stock inventories, kill sheets, mortality and feed deliveries including EOM reporting (stocktake, & utilities) 
• Periodical reports for industry bodies and managers meetings as required 
• Manage systematic collection and electronic entry and storage of breeder and nucleus herd inventory and herd data and resulting reports
• Process invoices, monitor pricing on purchases, control and update Farm Manager on CAPEX spending for multiple projects

Essential knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Highly developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hardworking, with a can-do attitude
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong commitment to being a team player
