Job Description - Office Manager - Urgent

We are seeking a proactive Office Manager to join our experienced team at Slade Group in Melbourne VIC.

We are proud to be recruiting a Senior Office Manager for an established innovative consulting company where you will be overseeing the ongoing operations and administration procedures for a group of companies.

Reporting directly to the Founder In this newly created standalone role, you will be given every opportunity to truly make this your own.

It is a small office, but it is a dynamic and a challenging busy work environment that will require a professional, proactive, quick thinker to work collaboratively and join a close knit and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Key to managing all contracts and relationships with our outsourced partners, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Managing the financial, risk and compliance operations and requirements
  • Executing the functional elements of the HR Function
  • Day to day Operations including ongoing process improvements.
  • Sales - assisting in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements.
To be successful:
  • Previous experience in a similar senior administrative role covering day to day operations as well as having that solid finance understanding.
  • Qualifications in Commerce, Finance or Business highly regarded.
  • Experience working with a diverse team during change and achieving high engagement outcomes with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Clear leadership qualities with high personal integrity and values.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic capability but just as importantly the capacity to drive change, have a collaborative work style to coach and support the team, manage and lead on people matters.
  • Superior technology skills including knowledge of relevant MS Office packages. As well having experience in Xero (accounting package) and Monday.com (project management/scheduling tool) or similar.
