Office Manager/Executive Assistant 

Blue Hill is a content agency which communicates for specialist industries that are good for people, good for business and good for the world.

Key Responsibilities – Project Management

  • Assist in the implementation of key client projects by providing valuable support to the team, including management of internal project management platforms and communication with clients
  • Construct media reporting for clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. 
  • Oversee office management, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and managing suppliers and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in invoicing and expense processing, contributing to financial record-keeping and budget tracking.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, handling multiple responsibilities concurrently and adapting to changing priorities whilst upholding a high level of accuracy in all work performed. 

Key Responsibilities – Executive Assistant:

  • Be the first point of contact for all communication and correspondence incoming for the Company Directors in a professional and confident manner.
  • Manage the Directors’ diary on a daily and weekly basis and organise meetings and appointments as required.
  • Typing and compiling emails, and customer correspondence on behalf of the Directors.

You will have excellent written, verbal, organisational skills and a can-do attitude. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role is highly preferred.
