We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist / Accounts Support to join our friendly team.
This is a full-time position, 38 hour per week.
Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to the following:
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Accounts support and data entry
- Daily mail and banking
- Archiving and filing
- Maintaining office stationery and kitchen supplies
- General administrative duties
