Online Education Services (OES) is excited to announce an opening for the position of OLA - Nursing WSU. As a pivotal player in the online education landscape, OES partners with various educational institutions to deliver innovative and impactful learning experiences that cater to diverse learners worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering online nursing programs for Western Sydney University (WSU). You will work closely with faculty members, instructional designers, and educational technology professionals to create high-quality educational content that supports nursing students in their academic journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on nursing education and cultivate a strong online learning community.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online nursing courses and curriculum in collaboration with nursing faculty
• Facilitate online classes and support student engagement and success
• Evaluate and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online learning experience
• Stay updated on advancements in nursing education and online instruction
• Assist in the identification and implementation of best practices for online teaching and learning
• Manage course logistics and ensure timely updates to course materials

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Registered Nurse with current licensure in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in nursing education, particularly in online or blended learning environments
• Keen understanding of nursing practice, theory, and educational methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor, guide, and support students effectively
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
