Onboarding Client Executive Project Lead - Urgent Hire

With phenomenal growth forecasted for their business, a new role has been created within their property management division - Onboarding Client Executive - Projects.

The Role

This role will oversee the management of new projects onboarded to the business ensuring that investors are well communicated with and serviced from pre-settlement through to their property being leased.

You will be based from a combination of sites as well as their Fortitude Valley head office with parking provided.


This role will include -

• Communications with clients at each phase of the onboarding process from late construction phase 
• Development and implementation of a leasing strategy
• Conducting rental appraisals
• Execution of management agreements 
• Working closely with internal stakeholders in other departments 
• Collaboration with marketing team on executing marketing campaign of projects
• Providing recommendations for display units 
• Arranging run sheet of leasing launches 
• Conducting leasing inspections pre and post settlement with registered parties 
• Working with other departments of overseeing building launch events 
• Management of key leasing statistics of project including time to lease and application processing stats
• Working with a Virtual Assistant on application processing and tenant enquiry responses
• Ensuring best rental outcomes are achieved 
• Presenting applications to investment owners 

About You 

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Minimum 2 years experience in property industry 
• Experience in leasing or management of investment properties
• Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
