In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the sales of oncology products and establishing the company’s presence in the oncology market. You will be responsible for autonomously managing territory-specific sales targets and engaging with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Your proactive approach and ability to build strategic partnerships will be essential in meeting business goals and increasing market share. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory-specific sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Adopt a key account management approach to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create engagement plans that highlight the product value.
- Utilize data and analytics to prioritize customer interactions and engagements.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product data and differences to facilitate prescribing.
- Foster superior relationships with key oncologists and stakeholders in your territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally in Oncology.
- Strong relationships with external clinical experts and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Patient-centric approach to enhance customer experience.
- Key account management experience.
- Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively.
- Proven track record of resilience and strategic focus.
