About the Positions

My client is looking for Foreman's, Site Managers and Site Supervisors. That are looking for a company to grow with long term. You will collaborate directly with upper management and Project Managers to ensure the timely completion of a bespoke multi-residential projects valued at over $40 million. You will help lead teams, ensuring all activities are performed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Duties

• Manage subcontractors and tradesmen
• Facilitate small on site tasks to enhance project flow
• Oversee on-site safety requirements
• Oversee structures and finishes

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills to ensure cohesive work among trades
• Ability to supervise on-site staff, including subcontractors
• Demonstrated project experience with budgets over $10 million
