On-Site Property Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic property manager to join our on-site team has become available. We specialise in Residential Complex Management and we now have a very exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic property manager to join our amazing team. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for all day-to-day management of a portfolio of townhouse complexes all within a 5km radius of each other. The position would ideally suit an individual with proven Property Management/Real Estate experience and a proven history of being well-organised and having great people skills.

Keys responsibilities include:-

• Conduct entry and exit reports, including final inspections, property condition reports, tenancy inspections, property viewings
• Advertise available units and process associated tenant applications 
• Lease sign-up and renewals
• Arranging contractors for maintenance repairs
• Polite and professional dealings with tenants, owners and contractors
• Supervising contractors whilst on site
• Maintain an up-to-date building management schedule
• Attending Body Corporate Committee Meetings, when required
• Ensuring strata bylaws are being adhered to by residents 
• Attending to Lot owners/Lessees day to day enquiries 
• Coordinating trades and maintenance personnel to undertake complex caretaking duties 
• Assisting with Emergency Body Corporate Repairs when required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Hold a currently active Queensland Real Estate Licence
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Recent Property Management experience;
• Experience with PROPERTY ME preferred however not a requirement 
• Current Drivers Licence
