Role Overview:
As the Operations Administrator at Insight Electrical Technology, you will be a key part of our Service Team, scheduling, administering and closing out reactive maintenance jobs, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across these works.
About the role:
- Responsible for Scheduling, Administration and close out of Reactive Maintenance Jobs.
- Busy role with the need to prioritize and work simultaneously on various tasks.
- Lively office space with need for collaborative thinking where teamwork and team goals are fundamental to success.
- Utilize our supplier network efficiently to source required parts.
- Client base predominantly Government and Large Organizations.
- Maintain communication with clients and the service team relative to work status.
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure works are carried out and jobs completed promptly.
- Daily transmission of scheduling of company workforce.
- Assist with management of company plant and equipment systems related to service operations.
- Maintain registers related to service work and input data into the staff performance review system.
- Work closely with the Service Team and Service Manager to report contract performance metrics accurately.
