Job Description - Operations Administrator

Evolve Talent are partnering with a well-established plumbing company seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting field staff, and being a key link between customers, suppliers, and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and emails
Booking and scheduling plumbing jobs
Liaising with customers, plumbers, and suppliers
Ordering materials and coordinating concrete pours
Supporting daily operational workflows
General office administration and data entry

About You:

Previous experience in an office or administration role (construction or trades experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Confident using computers and office systems
Able to work independently and take initiative
