Job Description - Operations Administrator - Leading Industry Pay

We are hiring a reliable Operations Administrator to join our energetic team at Pearl Recruitment Group in Guildford, Perth WA.

Operations Administrator 
3-month Initial Contract 
Monday to Friday, 40 hour week 
$35-45/hr + Super (based on your relevant experience and industry knowledge)

South Guildford  

Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in mining and construction equipment. They are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team in South Guildford.
 
What will you be responsible for? 
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations department. This is a diverse role and could include any of the following duties: 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to answer any queries.
  • Book flights and accommodation for regional staff.
  • Complete QA reports and general data entry. 
  • Answer phones, redirect messages, and greet visitors. 
  • Cross reference timesheets and payroll information. 
  • Assist the HR department with staff onboarding. 
What do you need to succeed in this role?
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
  • Previous office administration experience. 
  • Adaptability with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of interpersonal skills along with professional written correspondence skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.
