Operations Analyst - Competitive Pay

As the company continues to expand its market presence and drive growth, it seeks a proactive and dynamic Operations Analyst to join its team. With over $600m of operating and development assets spread across Australia and plans to further expand the portfolio, this individual will play a pivotal role in supporting both marketing and sales efforts to achieve overall business objectives and increase revenue. 

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this full-time role based in our Surry Hills office, will be responsible for: 

• Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.  
• Prepare and deliver presentations with a high level of financial acumen.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including park management, finance, asset management and sales & marketing to support and drive operational deliverables. 
• Assist the Operations Leadership to address operational challenges and develop actionable solutions in a timely manner.  
• Establish and maintaining an intranet of forms, checklists, templates with close attention to document control.  
• Develop, document, and implement (including facilitation of training) standard operating procedures.
• Provide Park/Property Manager relief and support at a variety of assets, both locally and interstate (travel required).
• Lead or participate in operational improvement projects from inception to implementation.
• Creating a ‘safety first’ mindset assisting Property Managers with WHS.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in an operations/property/business analyst role or similar.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changes.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
