Reporting to the Head of Operations Resilience and working alongside the BCM, risk and compliance and procurement leads, the role owns the accuracy and currency of the team's registers, evidence and action tracking, and prepares the artefacts that underpin Prudential Standard CPS 230 compliance. The role also supports risk system updates and reporting - including Enterprise Risk Committee (ERC) data and first line incident reporting - and provides the coordination capacity that allows the leads to focus on testing, assessment and readiness. The role offers broad exposure across all three resilience functions, with opportunity for cross-skilling and progression into specialist operational resilience work.

  • Maintain the evidence library for CPS 230 artefacts, including critical operations and material service provider documentation.
  • Assemble evidence packs for control testing, attestations and due diligence assessments.

Team and process support

  • Support the BCM lead with plan currency, testing logistics and crisis management scenario administration.
  • Support the risk and compliance lead with supplier risk assessment coordination and MSP pack preparation.
  • Support the procurement lead with supplier lifecycle documentation and contract records.
  • Document the team's recurring processes, including updating process maps, narratives and procedure notes.
  • Assist the Head of Operations Resilience with ad hoc tasks and reporting.
