Role Overview:

As our Executive Assistant to the Operations and Community Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. From managing exceptionally busy calendars to creating compelling copy for social media, your attention to detail and proactive mindset will be invaluable.
 

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing high-level executive support to the Operations/Community Manager.

- Calendar and appointment management, including organising internal and external meetings and booking and tracking Zoom calls.

- Crafting dynamic copy for community and social posts, maintaining exceptional standards of communication.

- Overseeing the company CRM and automation systems to ensure continuous functionality and effectiveness.

- Assisting with social media management and reviewing media scripts to uphold brand consistency.

- Facilitating the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a seamless experience.

- Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

- Assisting projects and events with finesse and efficiency.
 

What We're Looking For:

- At least 4-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and project coordination.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Outstanding time-management and multitasking skills.

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Ability to work autonomously while also being receptive to guidance and feedback.

- Upholding confidentiality and exercising sound judgement in all tasks.

- Demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence in all endeavours.

- Must be able to pivot and adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
