Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store/retail operations. This role is the glue that binds the customer (via the website and retail operations), customer service, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and logistics, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage Business Sales Operations in relation to e-Commerce fulfillment, Inventory Procurement, Logistics as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Procurement: Assist in Inventory Management including Procurement and Returns to Suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Assist with optimizing Inventory levels by reviewing stock on hand, sell-through rates, and SKU mix in line with operational goals in a multi-brand eCommerce space. 
• Logistics: Coordinate In/Outbound logistics with multiple (domestic and international) service providers
• Website Management: Collaborate with the e-Commerce Manager to track the website functionality and achieve operational excellence in Key Performance Metrics. 
  • Working knowledge of a D2C & B2B e-Commerce environment
  • Assist with managing the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning smoothly
  • Website updates such as changing prices/specials
  • Review and update products on category landing pages
  • Maintain the integrity of product landing pages
  • Monitor the pre-book dates feature
• Warehousing: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance departments closely in achieving company objectives as well as maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Customer Service: act as an escalation point with customer inquiries and issues related to online orders, providing exceptional customer service. 
• Process Improvement: Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity in e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP/Inventory Management/Customer Service Systems

This role is fully on-site and requires the successful candidate to work from the office
