Operations Coordinator - Pathway to Manager!

You’re a super operations-type person- you love processes & systems and figuring out how things work/flow and how you can make them better.

You’re super detail oriented and are great with spreadsheets. You have no issues with reporting and are great at learning new softwares.

You’re a very solutions focused person and you absolutely love problem solving. You love coming up with solutions, sometimes being experimental and wanting to try new things. You love innovation and helping put together workflows and new ways of doing things.

You’re not too good for anything, you’re the type to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Your colleagues and bosses love having you around because you make things just *work*.

You’re unique in that you are both operational and systematic, but also very personable. Your colleagues all love you, you have great relationships with your managers and whenever you are client/customer facing they all really appreciate you.

You’re hungry and driven and are looking for MORE. You want your next role to feel like a big next step for you. You don’t want “business as usual”- you want something where in a few years you will look back and go “I helped build that!”.  

This role is for Deliver In Person- they’re a delivery service and are doing things that no other logistics company is doing. They work with some big and exciting clients and do fun/cool things like luxury deliveries.

This is a pretty special role. You will be coming in on the ‘ground level’ of Deliver In Person’s Melbourne presence, and helping it boom. They’re on a great growth trajectory and are set to 5-10x their output.

You will start as the Operations Coordinator, working alongside the Senior Operations Manager (who is based in Sydney) as the person on the ground helping to properly establish this arm of the business (it already exists in Melbourne, it’s just ready to boom!).

They don’t currently have a permanent site selected, but they’re looking in the areas of Port Melbourne,  Newport, Tullamarine, Airport West, West/Northwest of the city.

You can see how big and exciting of an opportunity it is. And there is plenty of room for development. They will train and mentor you and you could easily become the Operations Manager for Melbourne.
