What does the job look like?

The CIT Operations Lead will focus on the operational and financial effectiveness of the Canning Vale Branch in Perth. Key areas include:

• Maintain efficient and productive operations
• Achievement of financial plans including reporting on end of month actuals
• Service delivery to customers, measured by performance against customer SLAs and internal benchmarks
• Employee relations measured by feedback from branch communications meetings with branch team members
• Maintaining and improving Cash processed per hour

The role will closely engage with all business units within the Armaguard CIT operations business to ensure business outcomes are met. You can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in driving results through leadership
• Financial acumen to prepare, understand and interpret operational and financial reports
• Drives and cultivates a positive and safe culture through effective team engagement
• Proven ability to assess and identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for improvement
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to influence, direct, coach and resolve conflict
