Job Description - Operations Leader, Yarraville

Join our Clare Court team in the heart of Yarraville, enjoying play -based learning in our new shared garden, next door at Stony Creek and Cruickshank Park, and out and about in the community.

The role of Operations Lead is being offered as either Full time or Part time 0.8 Fixed Term 12month Position
Work for a values based not -for -profit organisation
Provide operational and compliance leadership to our Early Learning Service

We are searching for a Leader who is responsible for ensuring the operational activities of the service are conducted in an effective and efficient manner, including meeting compliance obligations and ensures continuous improvement across the program. They will also be expected to develop strong relationships with staff and families ensuring an inviting, engaging, high quality and responsive service.
