About the role
The Operations Manager position is a crucial leadership role overseeing the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and outcomes for Sunrise consumers. The successful incumbent will lead and coordinate all aspects of consumer services, ensuring quality care that respects diversity, promotes reablement, and balances risk with choice. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Operations Manager will collaborate across all levels of management to drive organisational strategy, support the Managing Director’s change agenda, and contribute to building a sustainable and thriving organisation.
