This is not an administration or traditional Operations Manager role.
It's a leadership position for someone who can take command, remove bottlenecks and keep every client, department and deal moving to completion.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the operational side of the business from client engagement through to settlement, construction completion, tenancy and long-term client success.
You'll coordinate internal teams including Finance, Client Success, Construction, Settlements and Acquisitions, together with finance brokers, lawyers, developers, builders, property managers and external suppliers.
Your job is simple: Keep everything moving. Keep the client's experience exceptional.

As we continue to scale nationally, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to become the CEO's right hand and take ownership of our entire client delivery engine.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire Delivery Division.
Own and coordinate the complete client journey through to tenancy.
Manage multiple active deals, deadlines, team members and stakeholders.
Identify and remove operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
Drive speed, accountability and consistency.
Improve systems, automation and operational processes.
Produce accurate operational reporting and forecasting.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing operational team.
Protect the NIA client experience.

A great deal of work has been done to structure the org chart, the entire team’s roles & responsibilities, policies & procedures and you will have input in fine tuning these and implementing them throughout the entire team.
This role is hybrid, 3 days remote, two days per week in the Melbourne office. If you feel you are an exceptional fit, we will accept interstate applicants.
$120K - $140K. Plus bonus. OTE circa $200K+. Plus company phone and laptop.
