As we continue our journey in helping all Australians, we now have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Central Operations team.

The role is a hybrid role and we work in the office Monday to Wednesday!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our Central Operations team supporting our Store Network. With a priority of focusing on delivering the Operations KPI scorecard, managing operational activities and focused continuous improvement. You’ll also be required to utilize data to develop timely reporting and actions to drive continuous improvement across the store operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Analysis and Trending: Provide timely and beneficial trending analysis that drives commercial outcomes, relevant to the KPIs.
• Operational Reporting: Build and continually update reporting suite to match operational requirements and support delivery of KPI’s and process compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Consider all store and central operations processes with a critical lens for process improvement.
• Operational Activity: Manage Operational activity and ways of working, as per the store Activity Planner. Be a key collaborator on operational activity and impact, working across Store Support Centre functions as a voice for stores.
• Store Stock Process : Collaborate with Loss Prevention to manage the Stocktake process end to end.

The preferred candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

• Experience in a retail environment of 5+ Years
• Analytical skills
• Microsoft Office suite and technical skills
• Relationship management skills
• Technical writing ability
• Ability to work with diverse groups
• Results focused
• A person of high integrity with a passion for excellence
