This senior executive position will lead a diverse operations and delivery team to ensure the effectiveness of the service delivery, contractual and performance requirements of major government contracts. You will bring strong leadership to the team, streamlining service delivery processes through innovation and best practice. You will partner with key managers and client leaders ensuring contractual, audit, compliance and people and culture outcomes are achieved.


The role is pivotal in achieving Impact Services overarching strategy in creating a positive employee experience while cultivating a performance focused culture.


You have a demonstrated knowledge of the employment services market with direct experience in contractual service delivery, performance framework measures and budget management. Your proven leadership skills enable development and motivation of a talented team, driving accountability while actively promoting a culture of wellbeing and safety.
