Role
Due to rapid growth, this is a newly created position reporting into the GM.  Lead a small team of project administrators, improving processes to enable effective end to end project support from tendering to project delivery. 
Working with global suppliers and liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will be an effective communicator, can effect action, minimise risk, optimise logistics and act as a point of escalation when needed. 
You will have a naturally agile style to deal with the changing demands of a busy project based environment and growing business. 

Experience

• MS Dynamics (preferred, but similar software considered) Understand workflows and processes within the system
• Leadership experience.  Have coached and mentored more junior staff, to support career development
• Global logistics and overseas supplier relationships
• Proven experience optimising operations, improved processes and procedures
• Driven, passionate individual who is ready to step up, add value and contribute ideas to a growing firm
