Operations Manager - Collaborative Environment

Ausso.com is a fast growing new start up online automotive publisher, which runs major prize promotions for cars, 4wds and life style prizes.  It is backed by 7 days performance the largest car raffle site in the UK.

After a successful launch, we are now looking to recruit the core team that will help us grow.

You’ll be working across the whole business closely with the MD and the marketing team based out of the UK and Australia.

We're a dynamic team passionate about cars, 4wds, bikes and outdoor life.

We will be competing with companies such as Mater Lotteries, RSL Art Union, LMCT+, and Motor Culture Australia who run lotteries, raffles, and prize promotions to build a community.

We are looking for a wide variety of people with the attitude and aptitude to work in a fast moving start up environment.  Most importantly you must be versatile and proactive and prepare to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Functions for the role include:

• Marketing: Overseeing marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to promote the brand and products effectively
• Build, monitor and optimise CRM’s and direct marketing campaigns
• Content Creation: Generating engaging content such as videos, blog posts, and photos to attract and retain customers.
• Logistics and organising promotions, raffles, draws, winners and prizes

Experience:

Our ideal candidates will have:

• Meticulous and organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Marketing, business management or other relevant degree 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance productivity.
• Lead, work independently and come up with ideas to stay ahead of the curve
• Numerate and analytical.
• Experience of social media and influencer marketing and or content creation in the automotive sector is useful.
• Experience of start up culture
• Experience of eCommerce.
