They are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Specialist to join the National Operations working across both Australia and New Zealand.
This is a key role that will provide critical support to thier Authorised Representatives across Australia and New Zealand.
Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Processing commission payments and general invoices
• Collating and reconciling data and providing management reports on a monthly basis
• Managing day to day enquiries from the Broking Network in Australia and New Zealand
• Debtor management/reporting across the business
• Supporting with Authorised Representative set-ups and inductions
• Supporting the National Training Program
• Work with the Broker Support Service Specialist on initiatives supporting National Operations
• General administration and Technology support to senior management.
• Working with management team on a range of projects across the business
The successful candidate will have:
• Administration/ Co-ordination support experience
• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working in the insurance industry (broking/insurer) as well as having knowledge of broking systems will be highly regarded.
• Ability to manage positive working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
