Based at our Chipping Norton site, this role entails day shift work from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, with the option for overtime if needed.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating forklifts and performing manual handling tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
• Conducting maintenance and operating machinery such as excavators, skid steers, etc.
• Adhering to safety procedures at all times

About your experience

We are looking for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and who are comfortable working at a steady pace to contribute to the team's success.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A valid forklift license
• Desirable experience in driving excavators and skid steers
• Ideally, experience in industries such as scrap recycling, construction, manufacturing, or warehousing
• A mindset focused on ongoing learning and a positive approach to challenges.
