Operators (Excavators, Dozers, Graders & Rollers)

Due to a strong pipeline of projects in the Logan and Gold Coast Regions, we have a number of opportunities available for experienced Mobile Plant Operators working on residential  and commercial sub-divisions, as well as a large number of major infrastructures.

At Shadforth, we offer long term roles with the opportunity to enhance your career by gaining formal qualifications including a cert lll in Civil Construction and upskilling with nationally recognised tickets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years’ experience in the Civil Construction industry operating either Excavator, Moxy, Water Cart, Roller, Grader or Dozer
• proven experience in the delivery of civil works, infrastructure and pipeline projects
• Relevant and current tickets and licences 
• Your own transport
• Ability to work 6.30am-5:00pm five days a week with Saturdays as required
