The Strategic Program Office works collaboratively across the enterprise to enhance how we operate today -

unlocking opportunities, reinforcing our foundations, and building a more scaleable and resilient future.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement across
• the organisation.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and bench-marking in collaboration with the business, to inform the development of
• business cases for new or enhanced initiatives.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Work closely with various stakeholders and your team to ensure business cases are robust, realistic, and clearly articulated.
• Track and report on the progress and outcomes of approved optimisation initiatives, providing insights and lessons learnt
• for future projects.

Your experience and qualifications

Must have

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• An eagerness to learn (or experience) in business case development, financial modelling, and benefit analysis is highly
• regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• A collaborative, team based approach
• Curious mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo

Nice to have

• Previous analytical experience is desirable
• Work experience in a financial services organisation
• Knowledge/experience with process mapping tools
• Experience or passion to learn and work with AI tools
