About the Role

As a Senior Optimizely Developer at Bilue, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional digital solutions for our clients, leveraging your deep expertise in Optimizely and strong .NET capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project leads to craft high-quality, scalable web experiences that are robust, user-focused, and aligned with our clients' strategic goals, all within the full Optimizely Digital Experience Platform (DXP).



Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement: Build, customise, and maintain Optimizely CMS/DXP solutions
• Integrate Systems: Connect Optimizely with third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless performance
• Optimise & Experiment: Implement personalisation, A/B testing, and experimentation features to drive measurable results
• Collaborate: Work with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Review & Mentor: Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and mentor junior developers to raise the technical bar
• Maintain & Improve: Perform technical assessments, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend platform improvements

About You 

• 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 3 years delivering solutions on Optimizely CMS/DXP
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) in both web and desktop contexts; familiarity with MVC and .NET Core a plus
• Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment (Azure or AWS)
• Solid experience building cloud-native, serverless back-end services using AWS Lambda, Fargate, SQS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, API Gateways, and Kinesis
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core for web development
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and Microsoft SQL
• Experience with Python
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Optimizely certifications are advantageous but not essential
