About the Store 

• Location: Springfield Central  

• Established Date: May, 2015 

• Store Layout: 4 Optical test rooms + a dedicated Audiology room, 9 dispense desks  

• Technology: You’ll have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including OCT, Humphrey Field Analyser, Auto-Refractor and Auto-Phoropter. 

• Team: 35 team members, 5 Optometrists + 30 Retail Team Members  

• Patient Demographic: Mixed demographic and pathology. 

Your Role as a Partner 

As a Joint Venture Partner, you’ll lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional clinical care, and shape the future of eye health in your community. You’ll work with a wide range of pathology and build strong, long‑term patient relationships
