The Organisational Consultant role will provide a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and support our passionate team. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching to individuals and groups, implementing specialist peer support programs, and completing reports as required.

• Assi s t in t h e s c oping of O r g anis a tional D e ve l opme n t ( OD) and wo r kplace wellbe i ng p r ojects with e xternal cu s t ome rs , f a cilit a to r s and i n t ernal ac c ou n t manage r s. 
• Achi e ve r equi r ed del i very q uality and f eedback meas ur es with a c onsulting lens. 
• W or k closely wit h Service Deli v ery Mana g e r s and Ac c ou n t Man a ge r s to p r omo t e p r og r ams and deliver b est p r act i ce c o n te n t. 
• Actively co n tribu t e and a d vise b r oader business on OD t r aining services.
  
   

About you: 

• P s y chologi s t ful l y r egi s te r ed with the Au s t r alian Hea l th P r actit i oner R egul a tio n Agen c y (AHPRA) and/or have experience working in similar industry.
• Ma s t er ’ s in indu s trial and O r g anis a t i onal P s y cho l ogy ( desi r able). 
• Cert IV wo r kplace t r aining and assessme n t (desi r able , not esse n tial). 
• Coaching Ac cr edit a t i on (desi r able, not es s e n tial). 
• P r o ven e xp e rience in t r ain i ng and f acili ta tion skills, bonus poi n t if in t h e me n tal h ealth sec t o r .
• Experien c e in the d e ve l o p me n t and design o f evide n ce-based t r aining c o n te n t t o c r e a te multi - f aceted t r aining to c a ter f or dif f e r e n t learning styles and audien c es.
• P r o ven e xp e rience in e xte r nal c onsulting and working with a cu s tome r servi c e m i ndset. 
• Capacity to sco p e and c onsult on t r aining d e v elopme n t needs and oppo r tunties with cu s tome r s .
• R obu s t e v alu a tion of t r aining cou rs es t o ensu r e quality o u t c omes and insig h ts. 
• K nowledge and e xperien c e of c o n tempo r a ry t r aining t echniques
