The Organisational Consultant role will provide a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and support our passionate team. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching to individuals and groups, implementing specialist peer support programs, and completing reports as required.Ke y responsibilities :
