We're searching for a driven Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of performance-driven initiatives, igniting engagement and championing our unique GYG values. You'll dive into everything from leadership development and employee engagement strategies to driving critical change management and fostering a truly high-performance, results-oriented culture.

If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for turning data into impactful insights, and you're passionate about shaping culture, this is your chance to make a massive impact. This role is hands-on and strategic - you’ll not only design initiatives but also lead implementation, ensuring OD strategies come to life in a way that delivers real results across the business.

You’ll enjoy this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in an Organisational Development or HR role with OD responsibilities
• Proven success in designing and implementing OD initiatives
• Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, best practices and engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in QSR, retail or hospitality industry highly desirable
• A relevant tertiary qualifications or change management certification preferred
