Extend OSHC at Waverley Christian College, Narre Warren South

Position: Permanent Part-Time Position (Term-Time and Vacation Care)

Salary: $66,674 (Includes superannuation) 

• Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 am
• After School Care: 2:45 pm to 6:30 pm
• Hours: Monday to Friday (28 hours and 45 minutes per week). Guaranteed all school days and Vacation Care.
• Leave: As this is a part-time position, leave entitlements apply.
• Travel: Work close to home.

Key Responsibilities

As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

• Build Trust: Instill confidence and build strong relationships within the school community.
• Faithfully Embody: Respect and align with the school’s faith-based values and ethos during interactions with children, families and school staff.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Area Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our expert compliance team.
• Be the Visionary: You’re the leader of the service! You’ll plan and program epic crafts, science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Inspire and Deliver: Enriching and intentional play-based programs that foster engagement, creativity and quality learning.
• Chef it up: Prepare healthy, tasty breakfast and afternoon tea.
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels important.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, master’s in early childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• The Essentials: A valid Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, Food Safety Handler, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
