We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Coordinator to lead our Rosebud OSHC service, guiding a small team and delivering fun, high-quality experiences for children and families.

🕒 Rostered Hours

🌅 Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

🌇 Afternoon: 2:50 pm – 6:00 pm

🗂️ Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week

Your Role

• Create Vibrant Learning Spaces – Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can explore, play, and grow.

• Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
• Australian work rights
• Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
