Join us at Willandra OSHClub as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a passionate team of Educators in a supportive OSHC environment.

This is a permanent, part-time role offering 36.5 hours per week, including 5 non-contact paid admin hours to support you in leading a high-quality program.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

• Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 8:30am
• Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
• Additional shifts may also be available during our School Holiday Program

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. 
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. 

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
• WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
