OSHC Qualified Educator | Eglinton Beach Area

Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. As an OSHC Qualified Educator, you’ll work in the Eglinton Beach area, supporting the delivery of engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity of 15 hours per week for approximately 8 months, through to late May 2027.

Weekly shifts and hours: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across before and after school care shifts during term time. Additional hours may also be available during the school holidays.

Rise then Shine: Term-time morning shifts within operating hours of 6:30am – 8:35am

Stay and Play: Term-time afternoon shifts within operating hours of 2:45pm – 6:00pm

School Holiday Program: Additional shifts may be available during school holidays, within program operating hours of 6:30am – 6:00pm

• State working-with-children check. 
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold or be actively working towards a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as:

• WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA 
• WA Qualified Educator - Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
