About the Role:
Due to our continuing growth, we are looking to fill multiple Outbound Consultant positions. These are fantastic opportunities to work on a range of programs representing various industry leaders in technology and utilities!

About You:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with customers.
• Motivated to achieve targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a sales or customer service environment (contact centre, direct sales, or retail) highly regarded.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Capacity to learn new skills, product, and technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
