Core responsibilities in the role include:

• Leading the Ambius Outdoor Gardening team ensuring that they are supported and trained in field by following the GROW principles while leading and assisting general garden maintenance.

• Finding and sourcing new opportunities
• Quoting and estimation of add on Maintenance agreements
• Ensuring a quality service exceeds customer expectations.
• Performance manage all direct reports whilst promoting and develop a healthy work environment that facilitates the achievement of succession planning, personal goals and employee satisfaction.

At Ambius, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:

• As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks
• Experience working independently to achieve set targets
• Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both verbally and in writing
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
• Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
