The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Townsville. In this role, you will interpret and sell parts to customers, expand our customer base and deliver parts to customers as well as other parts duties

About you:

• Knowledge of agricultural machinery parts
• Customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
• Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota parts experience (desirable)

• Agricultural mechanics looking to move into parts

What you’ll be doing 

• Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers   
• Expand customer base and strengthen existing customer loyalty 
• Source required parts and arrange delivery
• Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases 
• Process payments and prepare invoices
