The Overnight Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing top-tier service to our guests during the overnight shift. This role involves preparing and delivering in-room dining orders, meeting guest requests, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive the utmost attention and care throughout the night.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and deliver in-room dining orders, including a selection of high-quality microwaveable dishes and fresh, elegantly presented salads
• Ensure prompt and impeccable service of food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and luxury
• Attend to all guest requests with grace and efficiency, including fulfilling housekeeping needs such as providing towels, bottled water, and other amenities
• Report directly to the Night Manager for any issues or updates during the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
• Restock supplies and assist in inventory management
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
• Assist in closing procedures and securing the premises at the end of the shift.

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
• Availability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Basic computer skills with experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) systems
• Strong cash handling abilities and accuracy in financial transactions
• Effective time management and multitasking skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Experience working in overnight or late-night shifts is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
