Owners Corporation Manager - Preston After buying a new portfolio of just under 1,000 lots, we are looking for an owners corporation manager to help take this on.
Working in a fantastic local office environment, with 2-3 days work from home, a team of 10 staff and one of the best boutique brands in the industry to work for!
You will start with a portfolio of 700 lots that will scale up dependant on your capacity. You will have admin support and training provided. Properties are mostly residential medium density and around inner northern suburbs to CBD.
Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Provided FREE!
JOB DUTIES:- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, letters, breach notices, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio/properties
- Attend sites if required for meetings occasionally, with time in lieu for after hours meetings
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, residential with odd commercial, as described above

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $95,000 - $100,000 + Super, dependant on experience (if you have managed your own portfolio before and for how long etc)

- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc if required are provided
- 2-3 days work from home once you are settled in, very flexible office
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
