About the role: 

We currently have positions available for experienced cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food or beverage packing/filling line staff to join our friendly and high functioning team. 

Working week: 

Mon-Fri 6:30am – 2:36 pm. 

Afternoon shift Mon-Thur 1:00pm to 11:00pm. When required

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup filling, packing, and labelling equipment safely and efficiently. 
• Monitor the quality of the product throughout the filling run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment during the run to achieve optimum output and minimal downtime. 
• Strip down, wash and reassemble lines to produce a quality product within a set time period.  
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 
• Follow work Instructions, quality procedures and batch documents.
• Complete all relevant documentation and reporting.
• Sound understanding of OHS. 
• Participate fully in all assigned training.

Essential Requirements: 

• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work efficiently with a high attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numerical skills.
• Physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks.
• Safety-first focus is essential.
• Cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or beverage manufacturing experience. 
• If you are successful, Medical Assessment required - paid by HFM.
