You’ll provide clinical care to paediatric patients in their homes—building meaningful relationships with children and their families while delivering truly personalised care.

About you 

You are an AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with 2+ years’ paediatric experience, gained in a hospital or community setting. You bring a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centred approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and recognise changes in a child’s condition. 

Clinical Skills 

• Comprehensive paediatric/neonatal assessment (particularly respiratory and hydration focus)


• Paediatric Medication Administration (including PO, IM, SC and IV)


• Basic wound care


• PICC line management and dressing changes (desirable)


• CVAD management, including ports (desirable)


• Oncology experience (desirable) 

You’ll also have: 

• Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital systems


• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
