Paid Ads Specialist (Part-time or Full-time)

Style Media is a marketing agency with several departments including a lifestyle website, monthly print publication, and full-service creative agency with an ever-growing social and digital team.

We're seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to spearhead our PPC, SEM and SEO initiatives, driving revenue and lead generation for our clients. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll collaborate with different teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid media strategies with the Digital Marketing Manager 

Craft, optimise, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and more

Architect search strategies aligned with client goals

Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns across social media and digital marketing clients

Collaborate with internal teams and clients on search marketing and campaign development

Forecast and track performance metrics, providing clear reporting to stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends in performance marketing

Requirements:

3+ years of Paid Ads experience (agency environment preferred)

Expertise in strategising, executing, optimising, and reporting on PPC campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Network

Familiarity with a variety of PPC campaign types including Google Search, Display, Shopping and PMAX.

Proficiency in tracking and reporting tools (including GA4 and SA360)

Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals

Experience with LinkedIn TikTok, Pinterest ads is desirable

Experience with Wordpress desirable
