Rapid Media offers media, digital and creative solutions to clients across a range of industries including retail, FMCG and e-commerce to not-for-profit, travel and aviation. 

Founded in 2003, Rapid Media operates with offices located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Lennox Head, and Melbourne. We partner with a number of well know global, national and emerging local brands.

You will be responsible for the management, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of paid search campaigns. Working alongside a team of performance media specialists, you’ll play a key role in delivering key outcomes for your assigned client group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise a variety of paid search strategies geared at delivering on KPIs for some of Australia’s leading brands. 
  • Client facing communication, planning, strategy, and development of PPC channels.
  • Precise budget control and planning - ensuring effective and accurate control of multiple budgets across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns.
  • Delivery of accurate and timely reporting and insights across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns.
  • Continuously optimise keywords, audience targeting, and ad copy messaging to maximise performance.
  • Identification of digital marketing opportunities, both large and small to continuously deliver value and growth to our clients.
  • Provide up-to-date industry and platform trends for clients, staying ahead of industry changes and best practices.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years paid search experience.
  • A strong understanding of all technical aspects of SEM.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful paid search results. 
  • Agency background with experience across a range of brands, large and small.
  • A passion for data driven insights and strategy.
  • Ability to effectively manage workflows and deadlines. 
  • Adaptable working style. 
  • A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
  • Great client facing manners.
  • Values quality and takes pride in work. 
  • Attention to detail
