Your Opportunity

We’re searching for a performance-driven and creatively obsessed Paid Social Media Manager to lead the charge on client growth across Meta, TikTok, and emerging paid social platforms. You’ll bring deep technical expertise, a passion for e-commerce, and a love for experimentation to every campaign you touch.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Strategy & Performance

• Lead the planning and execution of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.


• Develop creative, data-driven strategies that deliver e-commerce growth and brand impact.


• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and optimisation to achieve strong ROI.


• Analyse performance insights to refine targeting, creative, and funnel strategy.


• Stay ahead of platform trends and apply new features or tools to drive results.

Client & Team Impact

• Act as the Paid Social lead for clients, translating goals into strategic action.


• Present campaign results and recommendations with clarity and confidence.


• Collaborate with cross-channel specialists to deliver integrated marketing approaches.


• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.


• Champion Thoughtful’s performance mindset - curious, creative, and always improving.

Experience you’ll bring

This ideal candidate brings a positive and thoughtful attitude to everything they do. They are a team player and a straight shooter. They’ll also:

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads with a focus on e-commerce. 


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in running successful Paid Social campaigns. 


• Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify for optimisation. 


• Exceptional ability to craft strategic paid media plans and manage multiple clients effectively.
