Paint Sales Assistants - Mooroolbark - Join a Market Leader

Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. We currently have a full time and part time position available in the Mooroolbark store.

Relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.

The current position(s) are available for immediate start for enthusiastic and motivated individuals seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Award wages and uniform are supplied. Store hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday.

Responsibilities include

• Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
• Computerised colour matching, tinting & mixing paint
• Following the "Inspirations Way"
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
• Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
• Workplace Health & Safety 

 Experience / Attributes

• Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
• Well presented both in appearance and communication
• Able to contribute and work in a team environment
• Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
• Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints.
• Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
• Honest, reliable and punctual
• Current drivers licence
• This role involves heavy lifting up to 20kgs
